Position Summary:
The office manager provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The office manager will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, visitors and employees, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as invoice submission, petty cash distribution and additional clerical duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two (2) years experience. Experience in healthcare setting preferred. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organization, and strong judgment ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
